More guns.  Work out equipment as if you romance him he sure likes to take his shirt off...

Yeah, I posted this idea before, on custom Sheps you should be able to change hair, and maybe makeup. 

Completely pointless, but the bathrooms are already pointless. Would just be something to do with them.

True - he does have an unusually large upper torso. In fact, he looks like a Gears of war character now I think about it... *ponders if Bioware could get away with the chainsaw bayonet...*
