After trying 3 times I finally have this achivement bringing me gamerscore for this game to 900 G WOOOOOOO !. I'm just wondering if anybody else had trouble with this.

Just a little bit. For some reason I was able to save both Miranda's and Jack's loyalty, but it didn't let me do that for Legion and Tali so Tali was unloyal. I just left her behind to defend the door while choosing all the logical people for each thing and she lived.
