I didn't pay $50 for a piece of crap that won't work.

GIve me a solution, or a refund, I don't care which.

I'm an attorney and I will litigate if this problem is not resolved immediately.

Atta Boy!  Fantastic!  Hit 'em with a writ!  When we are all finished with wailing, gnashing teeth, etc.  then read Chris's post at the top, and the subtitle under the rather misleading name for this place!
