i keep trying to get 3 exclusive item but ever time i try to down lode em it says

are you trying to get embris many pockets, amulet of the war mage or mark of vigilance

It's any of them, Blood. ALL the DA DLC won't download from the game. If you've downloaded them in the past you can get them from your download history. If you've not already got 'em, you'll need to wait till they sort this problem out. I imagine it should be tomorrow, once the working week starts again.

Yeah, experiencing the same problem. Pretty bogus, as my wife wanted to play the game on her XBOX and we couldn't get any of the DLC on the box. Hopefully they'll resolve it tomorrow.

It may not get sorted out till Tuesday since tomorrow is a holiday here in the states. :(

Same here (with Stone Prisoner): entered redeem code, it said it was now "purchased," go to download and get the 800700e8 error.



There is absolutely no fix at the moment. We must wait for someone at EA or BioWare to do something. Hopefully someone is aware of the problem at this point.

I got a new xbox and tried to download the preorder and collectors items. The items show up in my Available Content as Purchased,but when I try to re-download them, I get this error:



Cant retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code: 800700e8



I can't load my save game because I the downloaded items are tied to the save, but the game won't let me download them again.



When will this issue be rectified?

OMG same thing happeneed..i got dragon age journeys dlc and when i download that code comes up n says it cant downlaod is there a patch comin err somthin
