You can see that the #downloads show 5, 2, 8.
The actual count should be 3, 0, 0.
I was able to advance the DL count simply by clicking the Download File button several times - but not actually downloading the file.
I don't know if the download count will have any effect on a projects popularity or not, but just so you are aware that this could be exploited.
