picture this, a sprawling
custom area full of debauchery and loopholes, the mentioned but never
seen docks of denerim seem to be the perfect place to construct as a
free resource for modders to put content into

Giant ships are
moored into the docks bringing weapons, blueprints (see farther down),
new fighting styles, transport to far off islands and quests

thief
guilds rule the back streets in a constant bloody war that you must
settle one way or another to bring peace to the waterfront

Pubs
line the docks to entertain weary sailors with games, booze and the
friendly women those mercs went to see

An aspiring blacksmith is
willing to buy blueprints for weapons and arms to forge for you but may
need some pointers from the other blacksmiths around Fereldan



i
am currently too busy to tackle this myself, but lets bounce some ideas
around, this seems like the perfect way to bring in lore unfriendly
items without being lore unfriendly as they are from distant, more
advanced lands

i know about denerim extended, but still

any
other ideas for the area? anyone want to help with this?

edit: GEEZ is this really that bad an idea?

sounds like it would be interesting to see how this plays out. the docks seem to be an important place but not in the game... yet

i expect it will be braught in on an expansion though

i dont think that would be right as i am not planning on making this myself due to toolset difficulties.... so its not an announcement or recruiting
