Why is it so hard to get a constructive discussing about why a certain game may be lacking.

This game is obviously lacking to some so why not discuss it instead of becoming trolls with no input what so ever other than saying op is wrong, op is a troll.

I see a lot of trolls here and it isn't op...



I fully understand if some people felt let down by this game.

More shooter and less RPG. The "simplifications" to the gameplay made more harm than good at least on higher difficulties. Lamer and kind of repetitive story (but the end and its consequences where really good.)

I feel this was somewhat lacking and in some parts even sloppy made If they wanted to make it more of shooter they should have done their homework better. (At least for 360)

My gameplay complaints.

1. Same button (A) for sprint and in and out of cover. wtf? are you daft? bound to end in conflict, not seen it before hope I never see it again.

2. The aim fails from behind cover. Please Bioware this is basic for a shooter. You can't have the camera jump around just because you're moving a little at a low corner or at place where the hight of cover alters.

3. That my own character have sever problems sitting still when I use a followers power. Just why? Sloppy programming?

4. Why can my followers only hit with a manually executed power command when Shepard have target in clear sight? It means I can leave them far behind but still use all their powers, clearly exploitable but illogical. Worse is they can't scrap unless Shepard has target in sight regardless how close to target they are. All tactical gameplay with the positioning of your squad is lost unless you play on full auto. Is this a supposed to be a feature or just sloppy programming.

4. Minor annoyance The pre-mapping of some power actions. The irritate me not because they exist but because I can't get rid of them. They kill me every now and then when I fumble with the controller to get the wheel up.



All in all the game feels tinted towards the casual and the trigger happy. Not what I had hoped for but still very great game. Still get the feeling it could have been so much though and I think that really bothers some people more than it bothers me.

You know your a good troll when you can quote Hobbes, Emerson, Kiekegaard, D'artois, make it relate to homosexuality, make comments about aesthetic realism, support aven and have people flood the forums with response threads.   And subsequently get banned by an angry christina.

All my friends initially wanted to get the game then when I let them have a go of it & they where like "What the.. really.. neh nevermind".



The main problam isn't with any things added it's with the the things removed or replaced that pisses people off.



Every one I know who loves games in real life say that the game was bad even the people in the stores selling it say it's not great.
