So,

When you go trough this entire thread here http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613 and everything still does not work for your DLC, what do you do?  Do you wait for Bioware to get off their collective butts and do something?  Because it seems the users are doing more than them these past months..

It seems they got Mass Effect 2 DLC working just fine, but yet Dragon Age DLC seems to have some serious issues.

Oh, believe me, ME2 DLC is not working fine. Just check out the tech support forums over there.

There are a few special tricks and things that haven't all made it into the FAQ. If you give more details of your problem we might be able to help you get it working.

Details other than I did the entire faq an uninstall/reinstalled the game 4 times already. Yes I performed a clean up also of all the old data each and every time.

1) I tried installing then checking for downloads before any patch went on the game.

2) Then tried with the first patch and so and so on all the way up till 1.02b patch.

3) I own all the DLC in ME2 and DaO and it is listed on my personal site http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

4) The game is even uploading achievement data screen shots etc to the BioWare website, it knows my account and does that just fine.

5) I even fired up a VM session to try it out with a fresh install of a OS and still nothing.

6) I am going to start back billing Bioware.

Is your problem in the downloading or the installing?

Is the Content Update Service working properly?

Did you try manually downloading and installing them, and if so, what error did you get?

Did you try the beta fix?

Kepha from your posts. I know you're one of those people that MUST reply to every ones post on the boards and you also try to fix every ones problem. But you can't fix every ones problem. "The beta fix" you call it, is in the main user thread that I did a bunch of times, if you read the entire damn thing. I had three open tickets with Bioware that basically said everything in the user created troubleshooting guide.

Also it is not my service, it is not the downloading or installing. It is DAO not being able to connect and detect my account and what I have on my account activated. I have tried manually installing the DLC's and that does not work because it keeps saying it is unauthorized, which goes back to the original problem that DAO cannot detect what content I have paid for and activated!

Well, if you don't want help, why did you post here? Bioware isn't checking these forums and answering every thread. Its up to us users of the forum to provide help.

If you don't want my help, so be it. I will say however like the problem you have is different from the traditional DLC problems, which is why you're not finding answers in that sticky. You might want to check out the threads related to making sure all the right ports are opened for the game, and other connection related threads (getting your game profile to update goes hand in hand with making the right server/client connections so DLC is recognized.)
