Everytime I see a Samara thread everyone seems to think that she 1000 years old.  She is not 1000 years old.  She is 600.  Proof:

I'm not trolling or anything.  Just trying to clear things up.

BTW does anyone know who the model for Samara was? Or was she made from scratch?

I can't help but think she looks kinda like Susan Sarandon.

Indeed, out of curiousity I looked on the website and it's shown around 600. So not 900, that chick can pwn injustice for 400 years longer. HUZZAH.

I don't get why it says 600 on the website, but in the game she says she's nearly 1000 years old. Oversight on Bioware's part?

The website is wrong, it says grunt is 23, when he clearly is not.

This is true that the website stated that.  However, in the conversations you have with her in the Observation deck, she reveals that she is near a thousand years old; she is a matriarch.

BioWare stated themselves in a forum post that the age listings on the website are not really accurate; they said that the "age" refects the personality of the squadmate and how he/she acts around people.  In other words, they "act" a certain age.

Example: in the website it says Grunt is 22, but in the Dirty Dozen Trailer, if you look closely, its says that hes "300+".

This is the reason why the Mass Effect wikia never reflects the age listings off of the website. :D

If I recall, after you kill Morinth, she says she still has a few centuries to live with killing her daughter so I don't think she is THAT close to 1000.

Well she says in the game "I'm nearly one thousand years old Shepard".

They also list Mordin as being 50 years old. Which makes me wonder whether Cerberus came along and resurrected him too! >.<

I buy Mordin being 50, he's definitely damned old for a Salarian and doesn't expect to finish out his current decade.

And I feel like Samara's in-game line of being 'nearly 1000 years old', and being described as having biotics 'nearly on the level of an Asari Matriarch', lean towards her being older.

I understand why they have the misinformation on Grunt, his character has been 'spoiled' for a long time but I was pretty surprised by his origin.
