Hi,

I found no real details on delivery on the bioware site concerning shipping abroad. I live in Germany and would like to order some posters. Do I have to sigm something on delivery or not?

UK probably requires custom fees since you're importing stuff from outside the EU.

Last time, I paid nothing for two lithographies because 7% VAT (German reduced VAT) of the total price were less than 5 EUR. Less than 5 EUR is not collected by German customs. Dunno if there is something similar in UK. The first time, they didn't check the package at all (sometimes they do, sometimes they don't). In Germany, you have to check the VAT level for your ordered stuff (or custom officers do it for you), and then pay the according VAT plus a fee (which depends on the item group). I expect to pay quite a lot for the hoodie because of the item group.

But helpful custom officers always explain stuff like this when required. Maybe you're lucky.

Since I couldn't find another topic on shipping abroad, I'd like to ask for some information. I live in Bulgaria and I'm planning to puchase some apparel from the Mass Effect Merchandise store. Would there be any additional costs to shipping and delivery and if there are - how much is it going to be?

Probably easiest if you just put the items in your cart and select the country and postal code. You can get an exact shipping quote that way without paying. Keep in mind shipping is based on the items in your cart too.
