Is there enough gifts/dialogue options to have romances with Leliana, Morrigan, and Zevran, in one playthrough?

Pretty much yes, since i had all party members at 90+ approval on 1 playthrough.

Yep. Playing through as a male and Morrigan gave me ring and made me break up with Leliana, which I did and Leliana just told me she loved me (which surprised me). So Morrigan and Leliana are both romantically involved.
I haven't really talked to Zev yet, but I still might. The girls are a little psycho, and honestly, I don't think my blood mage loves anyone but himself, so romancing Zev wouldn't be out of character for him.
