Hi,

Dragon Age Orgins wonderful game, unless you own PS3 I think it very unfair that we cannot get the new dlc Return to Ostagar when we had too wait extra time for Dragon Orgins to be relesed on PS3 and now the downloads will not play come on Bioware time to put some effort in. There has been no DLC for PS3 since the game was released you should have sorted this by now.. I completed the game twice now with all DLC on PS3..

PLEASE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT SO THAT US PS3 OWNER CAN HAVE THIS DOWNLOAD THANKS

Meh, I'm way past caring/waiting now. Too many new games on the PS3 coming out, no need to bother with DA:O anymore. I'm sure there will still be die-hards that will buy RtO when it comes out on the PS3....someday.

But I'm also sure there will be a smaller percentage of players like me that has had enough and will no longer support Bioware, players that would not have done so if Bioware actually bothered to either release the DLC on time or just make ANY official announcement about the delay and when the content will be available.

from everything i've read on it, RTO isn't even worth five bucks. if bioware hadn't ignored us for the last two weeks i might have given them the benefit of the doubt and bought it anyway. not now.

From what my friends with it on other platforms and from what other posters have said and seeing how you can't use the DLC in Awakenings I'm going to skip Return to Ostagar even if they do release it. Tis a shame bioware, you would have had my money if you released it on time. Hopefully it will come out one day, and then they will see how few PS3 owners brought it compared to other platforms and then get their asses in gear for future DLC.

I beg not for the DLC but for information on what is going on. I do not wish upon PS3 users the same issues that the PC and Xbox users had to deal with by receiving the RtO DLC too early (cheifly the bugs that were so disruptive to the original game). That they delay it's release until such time as those issues are resolved is a good thing. That they tell us nothing is, as I see it, the greater poison in the well.

That many have already been turned off due to feeling like BioWare cares nothing for it's PS3 (and perhaps Mac) customers is sad and unfortunately too late to repair for some. My hopes (and the reasons for my rants) is that it is remedied soon enough for others, mysylph included, to not continue to feel like second class customers.

Saying something to us would help change that. Not hiding our forum here from those not registered would also help that. Are and the PS3 and Mac users a source of shame, something to be hiden from the rest of the world? If not then why do this? It really sends the wrong message.

Contrary to how some may perceive my motives by my words I DO want BioWare, Sony, and it's customers to have a good relationship. It is why I waste my time begging BioWare to behave better, to end its silence and say something BEFORE RtO is released and before it is too late and many no longer care if it is EVER released. Perhaps it is not wasted energy, but it is how I feel, how I am left to feel with silence as my only reply from them.

I mean even a post in the annoucement forum that says little than that they are sorrry it is taking so long to be released for PS3 and that they are working hard to resolve some outstanding issues to allow it to be released without game breaking issues would do SO MUCH. It would take so little time on their part to make such a thread. Are we not worth taking that time? Honestly? This lack of action on their part (a moral theme in this game expressed many times over) is beyond me. It almost feels deliberate at this point, as I cannot imagine SOME employee of BioWare hasn't read some of these posts.

Thank you xxSylphxx. I very much appreciate your thoughtfulness and use of proper parenthetical breaks! I'd like to think that our sincere and respectful commentary would be appreciated by our Overseers, but alas....

BiowEAre has presented us with an intriguing quandary. No word on Ps3 RTO, and now the news that Awakenings will not be compatible with any DLC from Origins. I can't help but wonder if they are perhaps connected, that perhaps something is broken inside the game...

Sony is not "sitting" on certification, and if they are its probably for good reason. I imagine they rejected RTO. We should as well. At this point, one hour of content, with dead-end gear, delayed and delayed, with no word whatsoever about its release... I could care less. I bought Warden's Keep, don't regret it. I won't buy RTO. I don't think I will regret that either.

It is absolutely crystal clear to me why Bioware does not respond to any of the issues on the Ps3 (unless your dog somehow manages to eject your DA:O disc and think it a snack). They don't have any answers for us because they clearly don't have the answers for themselves.

Dragon Age: Origins first was delayed for PS3. I thought damn, why the PS3 Version again. Today I think: Ok, they should have given more time to the PS3 Version, maybe It would be run smoother.

So I say about RTO: Better take your time BioWare (or Edge of Reality), I don't want a crappy version of RTO. It will come, BioWare wants money, but when they need the time, they should have the time. But when they have the time, they should definitely use it.

I don't think that writing another topic about this problem will change the things, if BioWare hasn't reply yet I have my doubts they reply in some manner sooner. I think that some day in the future they will release RtO. But I agree that at least a word on this from BioWare devs should be told.

I'd like also if they simply tell that they are sorry. I think BioWare devs didn't say anything because they don't know even know when they will release RtO. So let's wait, the advantage to us is that we can ask about RtO to PC and XBOX users and have more informations and opinions about it before we decide to purchase it.

While I'm still looking forward to RtO, I think Bioware kinda screwed themselves with the announcment that Awakening won't feature any DLC from Origins. Good luck with getting many people to purchase RtO on PS3.

1) Many people said "F*** it!" due to the delay.

2) More people will say "F*** it!" because they can't carry over DLC to the expansion.

It just bothers me that Bioware might drop or lessen what little support there was for PS3 Dragon Age due to the (possible) horrible sales of RtO on our system. I love Dragon Age, and I thought that it might be a begining of beautiful friendship between Bioware and my wallet, so I just hope things won't go worse than they already did.

Did you guys know that you can click on the names below this thread, (listed moderators) and send them a pm? The BioWare folks are in bold.

I think if all of the unhappy, (rightfully so) ps3 players sent pm's instead of posting in ignored threads, the count of unsatisfied customers would be a little more apparent to Chris Priestly, Jeff Rousell, Victor Wachter and Jesse.Reid.

Just my opinion mind you, I don't own a ps3 but I do feel for you guys.

I don't think that sending PMs to developers is a good idea, you will obtain that they won't ever login again on this website or blocking users to contact them via PM. If there is also a little hope they want to speak with us I think that sending them a lot of PMs whining about RtO will have the effect to change their mind and get them angry and stressed.

It's better they do their work instead of losing time reading a lot of useless messages, if you really want RtO wait and let they work in peace.

Well magowiz they may do that but at least we will know where we stand, After all we have to paid for DLC and add on to the game and I personally think that we deserve an answer. Also just igoning us I feel would not be good for business. I have no problems with the people of bioware getting on with it but it would be nice to get some information on how long this process should take?

If you remember the there was also delays on releasing the orginal game For PS3 so there has been a problem for sometime?

I agree with you but on this forum there is a lot of posts in these days saying the same thing , what have we gained from this ? We are angry, they know, all of us want informations, no one give  us informations.

I think there is a limit , sending a lot of PMs , spamming them, insulting them is beyond that limit and will have only negative effects.

I think if they would know when they can release RtO they should have already said it.

Another remarkable thing is that if they don't release RtO for ps3 they lose money, so I think is also in their interests to release it ASAP.

can ignored customers run some kind of legal action, (if anyone got the money or the guts? for the record, i don't have the money.)

I mean, me, like many people around here paid 60 bucks or more for my copy.

I just find it unfair that other people that decided to get the game for a different system are

getting a lot more preference than the ps3 owners, when the 360 the 360 and pc owners ask what going on before bioware took care of their concerns some times at least telling them they were having trouble with it, while ps3 owners were told "coming soon" and that's it.

I find it unethical that bioware its doing this to the ps3 community.

Don't we deserve the same respect and attention than a pc or 360 owner.

Honestly i feel discriminated and ignored by bioware.

Should't they give the same treathment to all their customers?

I tend to agree with your post and feel the same. I suspect that it's a bigger issue than what we realize and they'd rather remain silent until they have a solution or have reached some kind of resolution in regards to RtO. Plus, I really wonder about the priority RtO is receiving at this point compared to other upcoming releases.

This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had with BioWare. We have TWO PS3s at home and one was bought specifically because of DA:O. I sincerely hope they get their act together from here on out, they have used up all my goodwill on the mishandling of this situation.

I'm still willing to give them a chance to win back my loyalty, but just barely so.

I want RTO just as much as much as the next person, but the vitriol from the community is a bit unwarranted, IMO. Regardless of which rumor you believe, I'm sure Bioware isn't purposefully delaying things ($$), so folks need to have some perspective and dust off that copy of LEGO Batman or whatever game they were playing prior to DA:O and not stew.

Me? I just like donning the Legion suit and helm and walking around looking like a badass with sizzling swords on my back.

Do IW own Bioware because they seem to offer the same level of support to the PS3!!

Come on Bio feedback is warranted I believe on what is going on with RTO.
