I have the insignia from the dead caste but when i goto the shaper there is no option at all even though my journal says talk to the shaper. he even has a ! above his head.

Look around for a book, click on it. I think it completed the quest, but I didn't notice anything earthshattering.

Yeah, I just went through the same issue. Found the book behind the Shaper to his left and completed the quest. Weird thing is, he still has a symbol above his head as if I need to talk to him abuot a quest, but there are no dialogue options for any quests.

as said..you don't talk to the shaperite..you find a book...it's, in fact, not broken

Yeah, it's weird, but not broken. took me some press-tab-trying as well, though.



However, when you give the shaper the golem list, he says he can't do more in return than give me a certain relic that may prove useful to me, but I didn't get anything from him at all.
