I haven't been reading the forums much, but when I looked at the Legion thread, it seemed like somone said they heard (or speculated) that there will be no recurring squad mates in Me3? Can anyone confirm/deny? Srsly? WTF?

It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't. I mean, Shepard has won the trust of Tali and Garrus despite being involved with Cerberus. I think they'll be squadmates in ME3, along with Liara and Kaiden or Ashley. I don't know how they'd explain people leaving, except maybe Samara would leave to go back to Asari space. I really like this game....

It maybe to early to speculate, about the future squadmates, because there's a few DLC's to wander through.
I certainly hope they don't pull a melo-dramatic stunt, with your squaddies getting abducted or worse.
