I am now level 10 Mage and my shape shifting is not available to me next - I am now in the fade heading to the islands and believe I need them - did I miss something along the way to open those up selections up?

What do you mean your shape-shifting is not available ? do the island counter-clockwise, it helps as you get combat forms earlier. There is only 1 form per island.

The shapeshifting forms are something that you will receive from NPC's in the fade

Shapeshifting never opened up for me to put a point in it - thats what I don't understand.  Those are suppose to open up at level 8 I thought.

I am missing sonething - just don't know what it is

No. The shapeshifting forms available in the Fade are specific to the Fade. They are not usable outside of the Fade.

The shapeshift in the fade has nothing to do with being a mage or any talent/skill, just talk to people in the fade to unlock them.



To become a shapeshifter (the specialization) talk to morrigan in your camp.
