[Missouri Tigers]

I just started a new female Shepard but didn't import because I didn't have one in ME1.  The council is dead, so I want to know who is on this new mutli-race council.  I know there's a human, but the turian at the gun shop was pissed at me so I'm guessing there's no turian.  The nerdy salarian at the tech shop didn't hate me, though, so I'm guessing there is one.  Does anybody know for sure who is on it?
