I know its ismar frontier the faia system but I have the star charts etc and have explored every planet
But I cant find this system anywhere? What have I missed

You pick Zaeed up on Omega.

You need to download it. Go to "profile"->"your registered game promotions". Download Zaeed (free), go to omega.

Then, in game, connect to "cerebrus network" with your username here.

Did you hit the "new content available" (or whatever it is) option on your startup screen in the game and then download the Zaeed DLC?

He should be hanging out in Omega, third person you see on arrival, can't miss him.

oh right, you need to register the code with the "cerebrus network" card that came with the retail version of the game.

Ive been to omega and completed the missions there but havent seen Zaeed?

Ive also tried to check the new content available option and it doesnt show the zaeed download,

Thanks for the info, however I have entered the redeem code oin the day i got the game and the cerberus network is up and running, but it just seems it isnt allowing me access to current updates.
It takes me to my bioware account screen when i check for available downloads but then no matter what i try I cant find latest updates.

Thanks everyone for your solutions to this problem.
It seems I have a faulty set up with the redeem code, even though i have the cerberus network up and running it wasnt allowing me to access updates etc
Now though I have gone into the possible downloads for purchase and I have had to pay for the cerberus network though spending points 1200 to be exact which im not really happy about.
But I want to just get on and complete the game now so i now have everything functioning great.
Im going to contact EA and ask them about this faulty code though and say its cost me extra money when it shoudlnt have.
