I was just wondering if anyone knows what the chance to freeze a target is when you hit them with Cryo Ammo. And does that chance increase as you put more points into the skill? I know that one of the level 4 specializations is supposed to increase the chance of freezing someone, but how about the earlier power levels?

I tried to test this actually but found it hard to parse as it freezes rather quickly on each level. The big difference seems to be in how long the freeze lasts, not in how quickly it takes effect.

yes, the only one i know is 100% chance with snipers.
