I was doing the dossiers quest, and professor Mordin was first on my list. I make my way through the slums, get to his clinic and speak to him. After accepting finding his assistant and him giving me the orders in where to place the 'cure,' I leave his office.... Now, when I get to the clinic's receptionist I somehow am glitched in the ceiling D:! I've tried numerous things to get out of this glitch... and haven't. Any ideas?

** I am still able to interact with the people in the clinic, I just haven't found a way to get out of the clinic, while in the ceiling.

*** While I'm here; I can't seem to redeem any of my promo codes. Neither for the Cerberus Network or my Armor/weapon promo code for getting the collectors edition! When I try to enter the Cerberus Network key on the website it says the code doesn't work, 16 key alpha numeric with dashes is what I enter in... After a few times it will say it can not connect to the server.. Even when I try on the game to enter the promo code, it says the same thing.. Any ideas?

Try all caps without dashes.Then try all caps with Dashes.Eventually they should take.

 As far as the glitch,yea,avoid that spot,picnic tables and railings...so easy to pass through them and get stuck.
Collision problems.

I've tried that, and it keeps saying it's not able to connect to the server. One time I put the code in, and it said that I should check my promo codes to see if it was registered.. I did, and to no avail.. it wasn't registered.



So there isn't a way to get out of the glitch? I just started a new game, and I've already come into another glitch, my team mates shooting at nothing on the very first mission and I wasn't able to open the door, but I just went back a few rooms, and came back and the monsters finally spawned correctly and I was able to go through the door. xD

The floating bug seems to be a common occurence. I've never gone through the ceiling, but I've walked on my fair share of tables & air. Occasionally you can get down again by walking around, but if you're in the ceiling that's probably not feasible. I'm afraid the only solution I know of is to reload from before you started floating. You could also look at the Coalesced thread for information on enabling no-clipping (the ability to walk through objects), if there's a lot of playtime at stake; that sometimes helps.

Well... I just restarted my game... I wasn't far enough along to care about a restart. But I've been saving A LOT more often because I keep getting stuck on picnic tables, or behind a barricade. While helping Garrus I was stuck on top of a barricade.. Talk about annoying; but I've just learned to save often and stay away from picnic tables (even if it did have a PDA on it =_=)



I'm still having problems with my cerberus network code not working, nor my armor promo code. It wasn't bought through steam, it was bought at a store (not sure where it was a Valentine's Day present) Dx I want to download the new dl's!

Why restart? Do you have auto save enabled? It auto saves when you open pretty much any door. I had the same issue and just reloaded the save right before you open the clinic door.
