Hi everyone, just ended a chat session with a EA support guy that suggested me to post my problem on this board.

Basically, it's another "oh-dear-1005-bloody-error" problem, but this time seems to be critical:

- my player's profile tells me I have 0 dragon age characters (I have 4)
- after running profile diagnostics, the system (or whatever) tells me I have a character returning 1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character. Number of Files
100
(of max allowed 100)
- the bugged char is an old-already-deleted one
- my Manage Character page is sadly empty, so no way to fix the problem via web
- obviously, every time I log into the game,a  pop up alert reminds me that an error occourred while trying to connect to my player's profile.
--------------------
What I did so far:
- looked for answers on forums, but didn't find anyone with same problem (100 files wrongly uploaded by a single character). Blame and shame on me if I din't search deeply enough : )
- deleted, reinstalled game and all related saves (bye bye mr.lvl 25)
- cleared cache, resetted xbox 360 clock and re-installed patches / dlcs (don't ask me to format my xbox HD. No way.)
- re-created a character with same name/gender/origin/class/cynical mood as the incriminated one
- checked ports (80, ecc. ). Everything's fine.
- deleted and re-created my social.bioware account (with same e-mail/pass as EA master account, associated with same Xbox360 gamertag, and, again, same e-mail/pass)
- Bought nerd-glasses, dressed me with a black curtain and tried to cast some spells, pretending to be some sort of Harry Potter recruit.
---------------------
What I gained so far:
- nothing (oh... except nerd-glasses).

Any chance to delete those 100 bugged files (online storage reset?) so I can start to see my online game profile working again (and, last but not least, get rid of this duncan avatar) ?

Thanks in advance for any answer and sorry for bad english : )

It took about a day for my characters to upload to the site and not all of them uploaded and some of the ones that uploaded are missing pictures. The levels keep changing for them as well. It may take some time for it to show up. I found that loading the character, going to options and de-selecting the option to upload your character, exiting out of the options menu then going back in and re-enabling the uploads seems to nudge the system into updating.

yep, tried that too. New character has been created about 1 month ago, so it had plenty of time for being updated : ). Unfortunately the problem is storage itself: having 100 files (and cannot deleting them) stops the profile from being updated because it is flagge as 'full'.
I think the only way out of this is having someone at bioware manually resetting my storage
