Sorry if this is off-topic.

So late to the game, I tried to enter my free Cerberus code to get Zaeed and other stuff.
Didn't work.

No worries, I had heard there were problems, so I headed down to the xbox 360 tech forum and found the instructions clear as day.  I went to the link provided by the BioWare employee, and entered my code.  It said it worked!
Great! So I restarted my console, and when I go to download the network, it comes up as "free" for a second, but then switches quick to costing 1200 points.

And I'm posting here because for some reason a registered owner who has entered a legtimate code doesn't meet the "requirements" to post there.

Does anyone know what my next move should be? Just call BioWare customer support on Tuesday?
