you know you could always try this. worked for me...
I backed up my saves and wiped all my DLCs and redownloaded and problem was solved, therefore one of my DLC corrupting caused the game to tell me my disc was crap, though it was in pristine condition

I been getting the disc unreadable error when i try load game with leviathan installed, but if i delete the leviathan it works fine....how can i fix this? because i wanna play leviathan and tryed reinstalling the dlc 3 times and still same issue...

I recently got the "disc unreadable" error after loading up the game and pressing start(even after thoroughly cleaning my ME2 discs). Deleting all the DLC seems to have fixed the issue, not sure i understand how corrupted DLC affects reading the disc though.
