The model of Shepard is great, but I would absolutly LOVE a model of the Normandy.

Bioware has enough trouble as it is keeping stock of shirts and whatnot, they just don't have the financial backing for merchandise quality level required to do justice to the Normandy.
Maybe if you've got enough disposable funds you could find some sort of custom model artist or company that could make one.

For example: example model making company
They primarily make stuff for companies, professionally replicate their prototypes/projects/products with whatever materials envisioned.
You might need to ask permission from Bioware to use the Normandy's likeness/image, and it will probably cost you thousands of dollars, and AM might not even accept your business (I don't see them referencing working with individuals for non-business endeavours).
But, it's just an example showing that you could probably find a company/individual that you could pay to make the normandy and do it justice.
