I have just purchased the Collector´s Edition of ME2 and registered the game but when I try to redeem the promo code for the Collector Armor and Assault Rifle I get a message saying: "Unable to recognize the code"
Let me say that the code is printed in the card that came with the game, the one with the collector gear picture in the middle.
I have followed the instructions over and over again but to no avail, the same happens with the Cerberus network code, when I try to redeem it from inside the game I get a message saying that the connection with the servers is lost or timed out
So I want to ask if anyone here has had the same problem and what solution got.
The situation is really annoying.

PS: I have only played about one hour and I must say that the game, save for the 2 problems mentioned, is magnificent.
