Is Awakening part of the DA:O 2-year DLC plan?

Are future DLC's going to be compatible with Awakening but not vanilla DA:O? Or are there never going to be any DLC's that work with Awakening, and it will just stand alone? It seems odd, especially with the level cap increase, that Awakening would be completely standalone.

It's already been confirmed that future DLC will be compatible with both Awakening and Origins but they're pretty hush hush about it
Where did you see this confirmed?

It sure is part of the 2 year DLC, as it is basically a very large DLC itself.
If that was the case, then your other DLC items should be imported in Awakening.
I want my damn Starfang ! Its my chars trademark and in Awakening it just vaporized in thin air ? bs...

Well that makes the decision not to carry over DLC loot even more stupid.

This means that everytime we will going to lose the progress we may have done in that single adventure, and we wil have to begin every xpansion/DLC from DAO post campaign save. My speculations obviously...

It was one of the first topics to pop up when Awakening was officially announced and a dev posted in it saying that DLC would support both but they didn't want to go into details for possible spoiler reasons.
I'm afraid the topic is lost to the ages now though.

So we could replay Origins with the higher level cap, new abilities and specializations and our old DLC.

Such as:
The DLC you purchased for DA:O will not work with DA:O A or DA 2.
The DLC you purchased for DA:O A will not work with DA:O or DA 2.
The DLC you purchased for both DA:O and DA:O A will not work with DA2.

Are you referring to this post, by chance?
Well if that is the post it doesn't help. I want to read that any/all skills/talents/whatever from DA:A is retro to DA:O from a developer.
He, sorry, that's the only thing I found...
I'd like to know as well ( even though I'd understand if they chose not to make the new talents/specs backwards compatible, still it'd be nice to have them available in Origins as well =) )
