Does it make a difference when importing a character from
Mass Effect 1 to Mass Effect 2 if you have a character that has played both
ME1 DLC.
What is the difference between an ME1 character with both
DLC being played and a Character that hasn’t played them? ... are there extra NPC's in ME2 that you can interact with.

I think that that there isn't difference except for one message that you receive during me2 and that speks about the mission on the asteroid
