Im having a hard time with something,
I have placed a barricade(fence) and i have one set to dead state and one set to idle, it was my hope i could change the state (and un-destroy) the barricade via a script, but changing the state has no visual effect.
Anyone know if this is possible?
Cheers

i can confirm that the state does infact change when scripted to do so, however it would appear its impossible to "un-destroy" a placeable.
If anyone knows how to do it, or a "workable" way of doing something similar i would love to know (especially if the bioware guys know how to do this, which im sure one of you will

You could create a placeable with CreateObject, and use a waypoint as the location to create it. There is some info and an example in the Wiki.

Not having looked at it at all I can't be certain, but I would suspect your script will need to re-create the object or reset it's appearance. Many things have a template as to what they are as well as an appearance -- which does not have to match the template.
