Greetings.

I added an area in my toolset ‘brc501d’ and want to add a house to it for a character to live in. Is this possible? How do I do this?

You'd have to edit the level file that the area is based on. At least in terms of the basics like adding the actual house model/s. You'd then need to add in doors and such in the area.

Ahh, thank you. I wondered why the 'area tutorial' told me how to add a door to a house, but not on how to add the house itself.

Grazie.

Anything static, like buildings (or walls/floors/ceilings if interior) and props such as barrels etc., get added in the level editor. Anything that you can interact with, such as doors etc. (i.e. placeables) and things like NPCs and such, get added in the area editor.
