Nope. The only origin where you get in-game directly laid is Human Noble. Everyone else, you only get implications or promises of getting laid.
Yes, denirim has a Brothel. It is called the Pearl. It is the most worthy way to spend your money in game. I highly recommend choosing "surprise me" or "some of both" as often as possible.
And yes, you do get approval from Oghren everytime you use the three main options to choose a "craftmsman". If you are a female hiring a female, it's even better.
