I'd love to see a list of bugs that are supposed to be fixed before the expansion as well. I've had a little too much experience with EA and how they tend to treat game support after they feel they can't make money off of a title anymore, but then again they may try for more after Awakenings.
Regardless it should not become the industry norm to only patch the PC version of games and then silently allow their consumers to attempt to figure out the rational behind it. Maybe if we are lucky one day there will be an industry standard that all ports regardless of the system have to be equally supported.
Some sort of industry standard would indeed help the consumer. As it stands, I pretty sure that there is no legal requirement for either the developer or the publisher to patch a game at all, regardless of any bugs or glitches. The thing I find confusing is that the xbox version of this game was the strongest market and yet the patching for that version is less than stellar compared to the PC.
