When I click on one of the options, lets say "400 points" it returns me right back to the social site.
So where is the "official" place to buy points?

It was not a joke...bioware links suck. >.<
Anyway, the link I was trying to give you was that one below, but I dunno wth is wrong with it. :/
https://points.biowa...ckbox/checkout?
If it doesn't work, do it manually.
Profile->Add Bioware Points
Then proceed to the checkout.

It seems to be an issue between IE8 and Trusted SItes. If you have bioware.com in your security trusted sites, try removeing it. However after removeing it, you may need to log in almost every 12 hours.

I'm having the same issue; haven't tested google chrome yet, but with both IE8 and Firefox everytime I try to add points it just sends me back to the home page.
One time it took me to a page that wanted to verify my password, but when I entered my pw and hit confirm it just dropped me back at the home page again.

Should probably have added I'm using Firefox, so that can't be my issue.Jassper wrote...

which support do i contact?

Same problem here, there seems to be no way to add points/get to the checkout. Every link just goes back to the social home page, so does manual copy and paste. Tried on 3 different PCs, using Firefox.
Considering that the original post in this thread is 22 days old as I'm posting, I can't say I'm pleased with Bioware's customer support...

I have tried to purchase from two separate computers using different operating systems, a Linux distro and a windows distro. on each i have used multiple browsers including but not limited to IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera. I used the live chat option and the person i talked to was unable to help directly, they claimed that they forwarded the issue to their superior.

Humm, and here I thought I had "fixed" my issue though trial and error. Guess not
However, Although I can buy points on my laptop now, I still can not buy them on my desktop - same issue.
Send me your CC number and I will buy them for you

Experiencing the same issue here. Any attempts to reach the page to purchase points loops you right back to the user_home.php page. Tried it in Chrome, IE and Firefox and on two computers.

This is odd. As I mentioined on another forum. I can buy points on my account. If I log off and try to login in with my wife's account. She gets the same error. She can't buy points, but I can. This is making my life VERY uncomfortable. ;-)
This would point the problem with EA / Bioware accounts since my browser settings work for me.

Getting the same problem here. I had finally conceded to purchase the DLC, and it appears EA doesn't want my money!
Followed the 'supports' advice to clear browser caches, and java cache. I am drawing the line if they recommend that I 'restart windows, and if that doesn't work, please reinstall windows.'

created 3 different accounts on two computers. Still won't work. Does Bioware hate Canada?
