I'm in the USA and I cannot get past the bioware social page as well. I hate the whole DLC movement. I already bought your game, you should want me to continue to play it.

i am also having the same issue :-( i been trying for two days now to get points in order to get wardens keep and return to ostagar. Doesn't bioware want our money or something?

Found the problem everyone it doesnt like the fact i changed emails.....it wants to keep the orignal email i assigned my ea account as soon i could switch back to my original email...i got access to the bioware points stuff..

Okay i just got a new computer and it has different accounts i guess so i should get on my old computer and order them?

Definitely not what my issue is as I'd never changed my e-mail when I got this issue. I tried changing it in an attempt to fix it (as it worked for someone I talked to), but that didn't work either, so I'm back to my original e-mail.

I am using original email here too. Waited the 1/2 hour to talk to live chat support. The Rep said they are aware of the issue and it will be fixed shortly 48-72 hours.... I believe it when I see it. Seemed like a canned answer to me.

On another note... it did take 24 hours from when I punched in my promo code for dragon armour and the stone prisoner for it to finally recognize and download. I had to hit the refresh button a bunch of times.

I also forgot to mention... when I click on add points.... I notice for a brief second in the bottom left hand corner.. the browser says javascript false.... and then dunps back to the social page. I have tried updating java script but that didn't work.

well i bought this game back when it came out....and the bioware points site worked when i put it back to my old email associated with my account.....looks newly develop accounts are getting screwed

This may just be me but i think it would be a good idea if EA added points to their online store, and you could just send points to your account. While admittedly it would not fix this problem immediately it would however prevent similar problems down the road.

Yes it seems to be this way with new accounts. What I am wondering is if it is happening with ALL new accounts.
