I accidentally activated my Cerebus Network key under a different account from the one I used for  Dragon Age. 

My best guess for why that happened is that I registered an account at some point prior to getting Dragon Age, but then forgot about it and created a new account with Dragon Age.  Then when I got Mass Effect 2,  I guessed on which email address I had used for Dragon Age, and when the email was accepted I assumed that it was the same one.

Is there any way to get them both moved over to the same account?

This question belongs in the site help forum, but the answer is to contact EA support (live chat or phone) and have them transfer entitlements to whichever account you plan on sticking with.
