 im an adept and i destroy on normal hardcore and veteran but i have enough skill points to max out one more skill i already maxed out warp, sigularity, warp ammo and biotic mastery. So i can max out throw our pull which is better and why

Between the two...I guess pull is slightly better, since you can use warp to detonate it or have the increased damage from warp ammo apply to targets affected by pull.

In my oppinion the most important powers of the adept are (heavy)warp, pull(field) and throw(field). I use warp to destroy barriers/armor and than pull and throw to finish them (works great on collectors and enemies near abysses). But leave biotic mastery maxed out so your powers only take 1-2 seconds to recharge.
