Or Mordin's recruitment mission. Again moments away from clearing the fan section and I get stuck - becoming an open target and die. Then it reloads and I have to do the entire process all over again.
I understand the no game physics are perfect, but when things like that start effecting how you play - it's just too much.

Clipping/collision issues are a lot worse on ME2 compared to ME1/other bioware games. ME1, I think there was only one time that I got kickbacked through a wall or otherwise stuck. I've found a LOT of places where you can get stuck/slide up walls in ME2. Mordin's recruitment mission is horrible for it, as is the collapsing ship side mission.
Agreed.. I've been getting more of these stuck-glitches than I care to count.. the collapsing ship mission was the worst though, had to retry it 5 times because I repeatedly got stuck in thin air (andbecause saving during the mission was for some reason disabled, I had to start the mission all over each time)

I did another play-through afterwards to make sure I could do it without "cheating" though.

Sometimes IF you can go back far enough they will become unstuck, other wise you can try just ignoring it, when you end that section and enter the next they will be gone. Once I used Jack's shockwave to kill it. It has happened to me on Horizion, Cannus, recruit Garrus (just kill the gun ship) plus the others listed. Killing the boss works too.PARAGON87 wrote...
This happened me yesterday on Jacob's loyalty quest; a Loki mech got stuck in the wall. It happened to be twice as hard to kill, too!

It's not 'cheating,' just call it a benefit in the game, and I'm sure LOTS of us would like that to happen. Kill the boss (core this time) and the mission ends; Grunt recruitment, kill Jenore (Arc Projector) = no more Krogan then kill the YMIR, same for Jack kill Warden Kirrel.Blackbelt749 wrote...
This kind of glitch actually helped me on an insanity run. While in the derelict reaper, I all of a sudden floated up, to a spot where the husks couldn't hit me. Then it was just a matter of killing them, and shooting the core. Magically, when the cutscene started, I was on the floor again.
I did another play-through afterwards to make sure I could do it without "cheating" though.

I like the way you put that.
