I registered my game entered the code on the website here for the Feral Wolf Charm and Memory Band. It shows I have them on the website under your registered game promotions yet they do not appear for download in the download content menu in the game or in game at all. I have the X-Box 360 version can anyone tell me what the problem is?
Pre-oreder bonuses not showing up!

You should be able to REDEEM CODE on the DOWNLOAD menu of DRAGON AGE game itself. They will show as "Purchased" once you enter the CODE. Then simply select DOWNLOAD and download the file. Did this last night, myself.

Thanks for the reply thats what I did but they never showed up to download. When I try to put the code in again it says invalid like it was used but nothing ever showed up to download all other dlc worked fine just not the ring and charm.

There's a thread on the technical support forums about redeeming DLC. It's the 3-4th sticky down..it has a lot of help and solutions for these issues.
