Kal'Reegar is the only one that comes to mind.

I want that Bartender on Ilium, she is a Matriarch. And awesome.

This! Kal'Reegar is awesome, and that Matriarch bartender is made of pure win!

One warp can't kill any living thing in ME2. Even on casual. And definitely not a biotic god. He's clearly bored of the easy fight and took a nap.

Thanks, I forgot to say that. I mean the assignment is not completed even after scaring the Salarian away though you still receive some of the credits. It is completed only if you deliver the packages to the Salarian.

Its also completed if you give the packages to the Aria's Batarian Bodygaurd.

Wow, I didn't know that! Still I would prefer delivering them directly to Aria herself. By giving them to a mere bodyguard maybe I am missing an opportunity to curry favor with her. You know, I am actually afraid of that ****

We need the C-sec officer. He had too big a role in ME2 sidequests to not be in ME3 I think.

I think in the mission summary after Thane's loyalty quest, doesn't it mention Bailey as a future possibility for recruitment into Cerebrus? He is a bit older, but then again so is Zaeed.

Liara is a pureblood, meaning both her parents were Asari =/= Two mothers. (With the Barkeep having the 'father' role)

Aria is 99% in ME3. Remember the package delivery assignment? Don't deliver them to the Salarian guy. Then you will notice that the assignment is still active. Most people think it is a glitch. To me, it is to be concluded in ME3. If you have already delivered the package then be prepared for Aria's wrath :)

Unfortunately, the assignment still appears active even if you give the packages to the Salarian...

I'd like to see Kal'Reegar, Aria and Bailey added to ME3's roster.

I think at the start of ME 3, Sheppard will wake up and it will have all been a dream telling him/her about the future and then he has to recruit every character from ME1 and 2. Then everyone will be happy. ha.

Possible ME3 Squadmates

Aria, Kal'Reeger, the Batarian you saved on the way to see Mordin, Blasto + all surviving squadmates from ME1 & ME2.

I hope Legion is still ME3 option. Ashley or Kaiden depending on death status,Kal'Reeger would be ideal or maybe that other Quarian female you save in side quest.

Knowing Bioware, there will be a determined set of squadmates, based on your playthrough with, God willing, better romance dialogue.

Actually I got very used to the team you get in ME2. All of them are nicely lead into the story. And seeing any of them being killed in game disturbs me greatly ( with exception for Zaeed, he is a Jerk :P ) The ones from ME2 crew I would eventually dismiss ( not kill ) would be: Miranda - cause both Ashley or Kaidan ( whatever one you keept alive ) are better than her in my opinion, same about Jacob. Jacob isn't the best one to introduce to the story too. He's actions in game were really meaningless if you look at the factor of main plot, he brings nothing new. Eventually Samara, she also isn't to much interesting. Any asari could replace her ( again in storyline expanding aspect ).

From the rest of them, Garrus, Tali, Thane, Legion, Grunt - I would await more information given in ME3. Alike their homeworlds ( Garrus, Tali, Thane ) , maybe something more about relatives ( Garrus, Tali ), and overall info that may influence our look at their races. I am not eager to hear about Jacobs life in Alliance, same about Mirandas problems with being excellent genetic feme-fatale.

Actually in the LI aspect my types are Garrus, Than and Tali. But seeing some more would not be bad at all. Maybe as female Shepard we'll be able to romance Joker? Or mordin? ( both of these hold a giant dose of comedy in them if BW would like to make them LI's, they'll be the most entertaining romances for players bored with Tali, Miranda, Kaidan/Ashley and stuff ).

Kolyat is a big N-O (and I <3 Thane) because he doesn't have the skillset for it. That, and Bailey has him doing community service (more or less). Aria I can see as a possible team member, but I expect she'll be more interested in maintaining her control over Omega - who knows though. Garrus and Tali are romanceable, so I guess just about anything is possible (I still wouldn't take Kolyat over Thane :P ).

Reegar and Aria are both excellent choices. They are two of my favorite non-recruitable characters from ME2 and would love to have them in ME3. Kolyat is a terrible choice IMO and would be disrespectful to Thane.
