Ok so was playing the game fine then i downloaded the toolset played with it for abit then went back to the game to find i could no longer choose my dialogue options,

the system just auto chooses what to say plus when i put my curser over a npc the names are "bed100cr_tamlen"
i tried to reinstall the game and it still happens. I even did a system restore and still its happening.

Any ideas?

I have got the same problem. What shall I do?

I Have the same problem it chooses my words. Im in a loop because it keeps choosing the wrong one how do we get our choice of Dialogue

same problem isnt there a fix? i cant continue the elf rogue quest coz it keeps choosing to say i am not ready to continue

Same problem here. Just installed it for the first time and it just auto chooses dialogue options so conversations loop around all the time.

You need to try the "Fix for strange issues" listed in the Troubleshooting FAQ sticky above.

I had this problem too. I reformatted my computer and now I can choose to give lip or not.
