Hello,

I bought some Bioware points to get the 2 DLC's to Dragon Age but the game doesn't seem to download them and they don't show up in DLC either in the game.

Though in my profile it says that I have bought them so what can i do about this?

Have a read of the 70+ pages for the DLC troubleshooting FAQ in this forum.

Bioware have truly borked the DLC aspects of Dragon Age.

As a first step make sure your Dragon Age Content Update service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game:





1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START
