 Hey guys, just a quick question, if I import my shepard from the completed ME2 game that I already have, will he come along with all the credits, resources, research, armour and weapons as well as the level he is currently at?

Armor, weapons, level, yes. Credits and minerals, no (though you do start with bonuses, they don't directly carry over). Upgrades, research, no.
