If you keep hanging up on the Council in ME1, but on the last try, you take the option not to call them at all, Joker makes the remark that they wouldn't believe you anyway until Sovereign landed on top of the Citadel. ooooh.. uncanny, that foreshadowing.



But yes, I would completely support a finger-quote response ot "Ah, yes, Reapers" to the turian councilor.

You know, refusal to commit forces to a war with the reapers is essentially committing an act of subversion to the safety of the galaxy, so killing the turian councilor would be defendable. You shouldn't have to kill the asari because, as long as you and samara parted on good terms, you can just have samara tell her that the reapers exist. No asari would ever question a justicar.
