Depends on what spectrum of light a race see's in. It could be pink with yellow polka dots for some races for all we know

That scene with the turian Councilor prompted me to go back and change my canon to saving the Council. Should be great comic relief in ME3 when the Reaper fleet finally comes calling on them.
