Remember "Bagdad Bob" from the Iraq War, the guy that kept saying "There are no American troops in Baghdad" and you can see the video feed from the US army driving tanks into downtown?

We need a pic of Bagdad Bob claiming there are not American troops in Baghdad first, followed by Valern doing "Ahh, yes, Reapers" airquotes while a Reaper lands behind him in the distance.

I'm probably in the minority here, but I want the opportunity to throw that line back in the council's face but still save them.

No, he just said that it will be "difficult to dismiss the claim", but I have faith that the Turian councilor may be  dense enough to pull it off.

I like the idea one of the commenters on the video had... As the Reapers attack the citadel, the Turian councilor calls Shepard on the Normandy: "Shepard, the council is being attacked! Save us from the Reapers!!!" Shepard mimics back the entire line in a high pitched voice... "Ah, yes Reapers...."

This needs to be the renegade response. I can just picture how perfect Shepard sassing back "Ah, yes 'Reapers'..." with air quotes and all. I saved them once, but I don't think I'll be saving them twice. 

Although, I think you could still do that and just agree to save them and still be a Paragon.
