Also support a "Is extinction not preferable to submission" line to rally a Proud Warrior Guy race like the krogan

I play Paragon, so I *do* want to shove it in his face but still save him, and then just let him dance the Humiliation Conga afterwards.
Oh, and Symbol117, at the top of page 18? You win. Like, forever.

especially if you just recently beat the first game, and got to hear all that "next step, lets get the reapers! reeeaddddy, break!!!".
two years later...
"ahh yes reapers, i thought we had dismissed that claim"

--> I hate smug remarks.
--> People that pat themselves on the back and say told-you-so are people that aren't right very often.
--> The VA will likely make it sound corny.
--> Good chance that it'll be another awkward facial-expression moment.
Personally, I liked feeling vindicated at the end of ME1 by saving the Council's asses, after having a pretty uncivil dialogue last I talked to them. I didn't say anything, but I didn't have to. I just insulted them by being there. That's what I want in ME3. Them having to look me in the eye after I save them, again. Add any corny dialogue to that and it'll be ruined.

I support this random interject by Shepard during a council communication of some sort.

*Reaper comes crashing down on the courthouse*
Turian Councilor: We have accepted this claim. *runs away*

Though, may I request the option to have a renegade interrupt where Shepard can turn around and send our favorite Turian councilor a full moon after said quote? That would be the icing on the "Ah, yes, Reapers" cake.

My idea:
Tourian Councellor: Shepard! Help us! the reapers (Renegade interrupt appears) are attacking! You have to come help us!
Renegade interrupt: Ah yes, Reapers, the immortal race of Sentient Starships, allegedly attacking the council. I have dismissed this claim. *End Transmission*
Paragon Choice: I won't say I told you so, because I don't need to. I'm coming.
Neutral Choice: Is this a good time to say "I told you so"?
Renegade Choice: Well Councellor, we both know reapers don't exist, so you have nothing to worry about!

yet another possible dialog:
turian: The reapers are attacking the citadel! They are overwhelming everything! Get us out of here!
shep: "Ah yes, Reapers." I thought you had dismissed that claim. (makes hand signals)
t: This is hardly the time.....
s: Keep your pants on. I'm sending the Geth and the Rachni to pull your asses out.
t (or other councilor): Geth! Rachni! Are you insane?
s: Is blind faith a little too much to ask for right now? (channel cut)
The turian councilor blows a fuse after being forced into unbelievable circumstances by being rescued from a dismissed reaper attack by Legion. After the war, you find the turian in a mental hospital. Or the salarian tips him off, and realizes it's a test of whether or not he will trust Shepard.
Use this ending with the dialogue from the top of page 18 (swap this with the last few lines) and its golden

Here's how I imagine this.
Paragon Choice:
-The Council chamber is in flames. All 3 Councellours are ducking under some rubble, desperately contacting Shepard from an omnitool.
TC: Shepard! Help us! An entire fleet of ships is attacking the Citadel! They've already overwhelmed all of our forces!
Shep: A fleet of giant ships, huh? Do they look vaugely fish-like?
TC: Yes, but I don't se what that has to do with-
Shep: Ah yes, those would be the "Reapers". I'd prefer to berate you in person, so I'll send some of my allies to pick you up.
TC: Reapers? Don't be ridiculous! Those are obviously Geth warships!
-A Geth Dropship flies in.
SC: The two models look almost nothing alike. Odd as it may be, I think that Shepard may be correct on the Reaper threat.
TC: What? No, that ridiculous! If they really were eons-old world destroying machines then....then....(****, I'm out of excuses!)
-Several Geth arrive and begin escorting SC and AC to their ship.
TC: No...NONONO! This can't be happening! That barefaced bastard/**** Shepard can't be right! This can;t be happening! NONONONO!
-He curls into the fetal position. The Geth stare at each other blankely for a moment, then pick him up and carry him to the ship, as a pillar falls right where TC was a monent ago. As the connection is cut, Shepard walks back to the bridge, with a subtle smirk on his/her face.

Sorry about the triple post. My Wifi is acting up due to the incoming hurricane, so I wasn't sure if the 2nd post went through.
