The dialouge option would have to be, for awsome's sake, 'AH YES, reapers' with the single quote marks

I think it's more likely that the bottom right dialogue option will have the shorthand "Ah yes, Reapers" but if you choose it Shepard will say something like "What, now you believe me?".
