So I'm still confused, will Wynne, Alistair, and Loghain be playable? "For companions you'll potentially meet Loghain, Wynne, and Alistair depending on your decisions in Origins." And then it goes on about NPCs.

You'll MEET them (maybe). That does NOT mean they will be playable. They won't be.
