Most of the voices in the game I really enjoyed, but I have never liked liara's voice. I was never really a fan of kaiden or carth for that matter haha.

Tali sounds like a vegetable grater... She is so sub-par compared to every other quarian.
Other than that I like all the VAs.

Femshep sounds like a lesbian no offence..
There is just so much wrong with that sentence that I can't even start.
Having said that I dislike Miranda's voice (and also, for some reason, I keep wanting to call her Amanda) I like the following (listed in order of likeability):
Mordin
Garrus
Nihlus
Kirrahe
Kohoku
Ashley

As always Simon Templeman and Claudia Black are amazing in this, however small their roles.
Personally, top-favourite-uber-yeah voice in this game is hard to decide, really. I love Thane and Garrus' voices, and Tali's is so much better than I thought in ME1. Paul Eiding (?) I loved as Niftu Cal, too... I think it was Paul Eiding, sounded similar... I'unno...
Plus Quinton Flynn, even if he's only Kolyat and extras.
I demand moar Quinton for ME3.

Mordin and Tali were my favourites. Perfect voices for the characters.
Joker too, but I just liked him 'cos he was funny.
I don't think that there were any "bad" voices, if I had to pick I didn't like, it would be Kal'Reeger. Great VA, but I didn't feel that the voice fit in with the voices of the other Quarians.

Like:
Tali: about the best voice in nearly any game I can think of. With no 'face' to work off of, nearly all emotion must be carried through her voice. Its amazing the level of depth and complexity her vocals convey.
Though also love FemShep and Mordin's voices a great deal. Joker & EDI had great delivery. Kaidan's voice was about the only thing I liked about him. Unfortunately I hated everything he said with it.
Dislike:
Liara: I can't put my finger on exactly what I don't like about it, but it didn't help that pedophile feeling when talking to her. 'Dark Liara' in ME2 made me laugh a little. It was hard to take her serious when she was trying to be angry.
Also disliked Miranda. Her delivery was 'flat' (somewhat ironic all things considered), which was a little surprising since I like her actress in Chuck quite a bit.

Zaeed wins this I think. Hands down. I like Samara's voice as well. Her Asari Justicar-ness just wouldn't have worked as well if she sounded like, say, Tali. The voice really rounded off the character.

No doubt many of us gets conditioned to the main character version used during your first playthrough, leaving subsequent ones feel wrong, no only in voice...
I'm sure editing can be equally important as the acting, to the result. It's quite amazing how people can actually pull off their lines as well as they do, recording them one-sided (i.e. without the counterpart in the dialogue present and recorded at the same time). That the whole turns out almost seamless, shows good worksmanship from many parties.
..and here's a vote of support for the unjustly disfavoured volus, by the way.

i have to go agree with the OP, Shala'Raan's voice was pretty amazing.
least favorite would probably be... um... come to think of it, i didnt really not like any of them. i guess if i had to pick, i would say that Grunt's was the kinda boring. but he was well-written enough to make up for it...

I'm not crazy about using dramatic audio effects to distinguish a character or species, but I like what they did with Legion, and turians in general. Aside from that, my favorites are probably Joker and Xen (partly because it's Claudia Black, and I'm a huge Stargate fan). And Udina. I may hate the character, but his voice actor really nailed the role. No offense to him.
I can't possibly describe how much I despise Male Shepard simply for his voice. It completely ruins the experience for me, because I can't imagine anyone sounding so lifeless in a real situation. Fortunately, he's the only one I can't stand.

I love Tali's voice best.
I hate Liara's voice most. (Jack's second most) I don't like either character (Liara or Jack).

Liara's voice is too tremulous. I never liked it, and it kind of made me dislike her overall as a character in ME1. In that regard she's kind of like the anti-Tali.

I liked most voices, but the best for me is Samara, followed closely by Mordin, then Tali, Garrus, FemShep, Jack. There are very few I dislike.

My favorite voices are:
Garrus - Obviously... It's what first attracted me to Garrus. He sounds so sexy and cool.
Miranda - Big fan of Yvonne in Chuck and her accent makes her sound even better
Joker - Come on! Without Seth Green, there is no Joker.
Zaeed - Even though I thought the character was kind of blah, I thought his voice was definitely his best feature. Pretty cool.
Samara - Samara's voice made the character for me. She could have gone the other way like some Asari and sounded too stuffy, but she pulled it off, and she managed to sound alluring without sounding ****ty.
My least favorites are:
Kaidan - It worked for Carth, does NOT work for Kaidan. Oi, terrible, terrible choice.
Rael'Zora - His accent is atrocious and makes no sense. He's the single faux German quarian in the fleet.
ManShepard - I can't listen to his lines after hearing JH do them. He just fails.
Meh:
Liara - It's not grating like the above three, but I don't really like it. I think she's trying too hard and comes off sounding stiff.
Grunt - He did a decent enough job, but I'm just kind of tired of Steve Blum. I still think Adam Baldwin would've made a much more convincing Grunt than Blum, and sounded more right for the part than he did as a quarian (not that I don't love Kal'Reegar).

I like Wrex's voice the most, don't think I have to explain that one
And I dislike Shiala's voice the most, 'cause every other time I hear it she's like "...I'M, ACTING"
