If given the option in ME3, will you stay with Cerberus or rejoin the Alliance?

Screw the Council and Udina. Maybe if Admiral Hackett takes over I will go back--he always appreciate Shepard--but if not I am with Cerberus.

Definitely stay with Cerberus. The Council was always useless, a bunch of spineless politicians who did nothing but stand in the way of humanity's destiny. I think the Alliance has proven beyond any doubt that they don't have the resolve to do what it takes to ensure humanity's continued advance either. I was very pleasantly surprised to be working for Cerberus in ME2 - finally a faction that knows a) what needs to be done, and B) knows what it takes to get said things done.

So far I'm not impressed with the Council. My character saved them from being obliterated by the big bad reaper and all they do is deny it ever happened and don't want to assist in stopping them. Wow, they really don't want to look at things and actually admit they've got a problem, like that armada of big bad asses ready to mop the galactic floor with their stupid asses. Oh, by the way, those reapers are not just humanity's problem, council...just saying, dudes! My Commander Shepard is considering how useful they are. As for the Alliance and Cerberus, he's tired of being a puppet and will be the outcast to save the galaxy if he has to to be. I'm a paragon but if I have to go a rogue renegade to save the galaxy, my Shepard will do it.

P.S. - I think the council member I wanted to strangle the most was that damned Turian. Everytime he opened his mouth it was always a racist backhanded slap against humanity. I wish I could B slap that ******. Maybe that will be an option in ME3! :o

I don't want to pick either group, I've always done my best to just do whatever the hell I want with as little interference from the Alliance or Cerberus as possible. But who are we kidding, for two games people have been telling Shepard what to do, I doubt it'll stop now. I'll just ignore them as much as possible and take their funding.

P.S I hate that Turian the most too, at least the other council members tried to be civil. Strange for me because Turians are my favourite species, him and the head of C-Sec in Mass Effect 1 are pretty much the only two I don't like.

I don't like the council. Their form of government is wrong imo.

Cerberus.

The Council has its head up its ass, and the Alliance is the Councils lap dog.

The alliance are cowards, weaklings, racists and got their heads way to deep in some ones a**

Same for all human council. Same for human Counicil member ... waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too deep.

And you'll never get your Spectre status if you didn't save the "Alien" council.

Asari-Salarian-Turin council ... well they are just dumb and won't see the truth if it falls rigth onto them (Sovereign anyone?). Spectres are fine.

Cerberus ... well they revived you, they gave you a ship, they gave you some prtty nice dossiers on nonhuman squad members. Ok they gave you Miss I R perfect too, but well I'll survive that.

What did the oh so great Alliance for you? ...

"Oh well, Normandy got shot down ... well let just say the 20 Missing Crew members plus our (Superhero for saving the whole galaxy from extinction) Commander Shepard are KIA ... that will do it just fine."

Erhm ... yeah bull**** crap ... I'm with Cerberus, at least they know whats the real threat ... alliance needs to pull they heads aout of theri a**es or I'll let them fall to the reapers if I get the chance.

Alliance for me, Cerberus dealt in too many grey areas for my liking, at least with the alliance you knew what you were getting. Although if it is a conceivable choice in ME3 I will def go Cerberus in my Renegade saves.

I'd rather stick with being an Alliance-friendly Spectre. The Council and Alliance may be blind, but they can at least handle themselves with respect. Cerberus is a myopic terrorist organisation focused on achieving human dominance by any means necessary, no matter how unethical. What's more, they have proven time and time again that they *can't* get the job done, because almost every one of their little projects has gone awry at some point. To "get the job done" in stopping the Reapers they basically gave Shepard the necessary resources and told him to do his thing.

Pro human organisation does not mean human dominance ... did someone notice that out of the 9 Squad members only 4 are human ... will change with next DLC Squadmember to 5:5 ok ...

Grey areas ... onyone remember the recon probe with a nuclear warhead just in case someone gets hands on it?

Alliance is bound to laws on the good and bad side of that coin, so is the council ... and both deny that the reapers even exist and look for poor ... very poor excuses to smash down all rumors about the reapers playing sovereign down as an "andvaced geth technology". Hell even when Collonies dissappear it's just pirates, raiders and the like ... 3 ships dissapear and Prestly still thinks it's pirates or raiders ... lulz ... no the systems alliance is weak and blind, they lack resources and they lack trust in their war heroes. A collection blind stupid paper-shufflers the have no guts, no thanks.

Alliance, Cerberus just tried too hard to convince me about how the alliance does nothing, to the point I would just do a mini-facepalm everytime it was mentioned. Did you forget the Alliance built the Normandy, made me a spectre, and destroyed a Reaper? What has Cerberus done? Stomped on a few bugs and experimented on Rachni?

Cerberus of course. The Illusive man gives me info and for the most part stays out of my way. When he disapproves, like waking Grunt, he doesn't call you in to whine, he just says he would have done it differently and moves on. The alliance and the council are a bunch of bureaucratic morons.
