Sorry for this silly little problem.. But when i used the promo code for my blood armor set, I only recieved the plate. Am I supposed to find the rest or was there a problem and I didn't receive all of the armor? :/

i bought the game over the weekend, entered 2 redeem codes 1: for Blood dragon armour & 2:Shale. its accepted the codes and put them as "purchased" but it wont let me download them ? keeps throwing out an error message. im so frustrated by this.
