Hi all,

I am currently trying to complete the Feros: Water Restoration mission.  I have switched on all 3 water valves and i am now to inform someone in Zhu's Hope that i have done so.  In the map, there are two exclamation points showing people that i should be speaking to.  The first is the guy who's data i retrieved (he doesnt say much now) and the second is next to a woman trying to repair power to the colony.  The exclamation is next to her in the map saying (Inform Zhu's Hope - Macha Someone) but this Macha person is not there anymore.  In all fairness, i did kill a couple of civilians earlier on.  Is this a bug or have I missed something?

If I have missed something please dont tell me what it is   I'd just like to know if its a bug so I dont waste more time trying to complete that ONE outstanding mission lol.

As you said, you probably killed the person who was working on the water lines. She should be just left of the power generator & the woman maintaining it. If you did kill her, then it's not a bug - no way to finish a quest for a dead person.
